What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry category, message, and your acknowledgement of this privacy notice. We also record your IP address and browser user agent for security and spam prevention. Administrator accounts store a name, email address, and password hash for secure access to the content management area.

Why we collect it

We use contact form data to review and respond to enquiries, keep an internal record of correspondence, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal data. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies by default.

How we store it

Enquiry and account data are stored in a MySQL database on our hosting infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised administrators. Optional email delivery of enquiry notifications may be configured through environment settings.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet legitimate business or legal requirements, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting us using the details published on the Contact page (when available).
